CMP is dedicated to maintaining state-of-the-art equipment. In fact, we're a prototype facility for AMADA, testing new manufacturing equipment as it comes to market. This relationship allows CMP to continuously be on the cutting edge of sheet metal manufacturing technology and ensures that we are able to manufacture even the most complex designs for our customers.
Our manufacturing environment includes:
- Mars FMS System, 120 material storage racks with automatic retrieval and load / unload features.
- CNC turret-hole punching centers, including laser-punch capacity.
- CNC press brakes ranging in size and capacity.
- Robotic welding stations as well as manual MIG & TIG stations.
- Both liquid and powder paint application capabilities.
