Visit from the Continuous Improvement Network Group of QuebecCMP Advanced Mechanical Solutions welcomed members of the network interested in CMP’s organizational management practices.
September 27, 2007 Chateauguay, Quebec - CMP welcomed more than 40 participants of the Continuous Improvement Network of Quebec, originating from 15 different manufacturing companies. Several CMP employees presented their respective organizational management practices, such as Topgrading, Theory of Constraints, Flexibility Indicator, CMP’s Communication System as well as CMP’s innovative visual training tool, Visual Knowledge System All of the participants coming from prestigious businesses such as GE, Pratt & Whitney, Bombardier Transportation and CAE left delighted and impressed with CMP’s advanced methods.
