The sale of the Creedmoor NC facility to Maysteel

CMP Advanced Mechanical Solutions, a market leader in providing complete enclosure solutions including product design, engineering, manufacturing and electro-mechanical integration services, announced the Sale to Maysteel of it’s Creedmoor, North Carolina manufacturing operations.
"The sale of the Creedmoor NC facility to Maysteel is in line with our strategy of increasing operating efficiency while consolidating all Eastern North American manufacturing into our two remaining regional facilities. We will retain distribution channels in the Southeast allowing us to continue to cost-effectively supply quality products into that region. This decision will enable us to accelerate our planed expansion into new geographic regions which have been identified as strategic by our key customers.” Said Steve Zimmermann, President & CEO of CMP Advanced Mechanical Solutions
The Company is projecting growth over the next five years in its served & emerging markets and foresees an enhanced geographic alignment of manufacturing facilities as a critical component in serving a broader geographic North American customer base.
