Announces Reorganization of Senior Leadership Team
Leadership Team in Place to Execute Five Year Growth Plan

Chateauguay, Quebec – In a meeting today with employees, CEO Steve
Zimmermann announced the reorganization of CMP Advanced Mechanical
Solutions senior leadership management team. The new team
represents a merging of CMP’s Canadian and United States management
teams into one corporate executive team, that will lead the Company
in executing a five year strategic growth plan.
“The reorganization of our senior leadership team will insure that
CMP remains sharply focused on operational excellence and our
company’s future growth, while preserving the core fundamental
CMP values that have been maintained since the company’s inception
in 1969”, commented CEO Steve Zimmermann. “We see continued growth
in the industries and segments we serve. I believe that with these
leadership changes, we now have the team in place to lead CMP’s
growth in the North American market and capitalize on the new
opportunities presented by our expanded competencies and regional
operations”.
The new CMP leadership team consists of:
- Steve Zimmermann, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors
- John Zimmermann, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors
- Gregg Bowler, Chief Financial Officer
- Ralph Sandle, Jr., President CMP Advanced Mechanical Solutions
- Don DeStefano, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
- John Soares, Vice President of Design Engineering & Product Development
- Kevin Philips, Vice President of Engineering
- Yves Hébert, Vice President of Manufacturing, Supply Chain and IT
- Michel Labrecque, Vice President of Human Resources
- Adrian Jordan, Director of Quality
- Ian Tilley, Director of Manufacturing Support Services
